Discover the farmOur place
Warrell Creek sits between coast and hinterland—a landscape of fertile ground, subtropical rain and long growing seasons. It is here that our macadamia orchard takes shape, one season at a time.
We believe the best harvest begins with attention: to the trees, to the soil beneath them and to the character of the place we call home.
Macadamias reward patience. Each stage of the growing cycle asks for a different kind of care, from new flower to fallen nut.
Long racemes appear through the canopy, setting the next crop in motion.
The nuts develop slowly beneath a green husk while the orchard moves through the seasons.
When mature nuts fall naturally to the orchard floor, they are ready to be gathered.
Australian native
Protected first by a green husk and then by its famously hard shell, the macadamia kernel is delicate, buttery and unmistakably Australian.
“Good growing is quiet work—measured in seasons, not days.”
